Navigate your customer relationships.

Grow your business strategically.

For UK service businesses on Xero — consultants, agencies, freelancers and tradespeople who bill by time or project.

Your Xero shows what happened. Customer Compass tells you what to do next.

You're your clients' bank.

You collect in 28 days and pay suppliers in 6. For three weeks of every month you finance your clients out of your own working capital — and no report tells you the £ cost.

Revenue slips away in silence.

A £15k client goes dark and nobody flags it — they're not overdue, they're just gone. Silent churn eats the top line one contact at a time.

You can't tell your best clients from your worst.

Revenue looks great; effort tells another story. Two of your top five might quietly cost more to serve than they pay. Customer Compass surfaces the tension with the reasoning shown — never a blunt verdict.

24 deterministic signals. One clear next action.

Every week, Customer Compass ranks the three-to-five client moves worth acting on — with the first email, price note or reminder already drafted.

Scan → Rank → Draft → Approve

One click, one worklist. Approve and Customer Compass writes the reminder, tags the contact and logs the decision back inside Xero — human-approved, idempotent and audit-trailed to Xero's own history. Nothing fires without you clicking Approve.

Auditable maths with AI insights (but only if you want them).

Every number is auditable.

You can trace every figure back to the invoice, contact or transaction it came from. The maths is unit-tested; the AI only writes the words around the numbers — it never invents a figure.

You'll know what to do next.

Customer Compass doesn't just report — it prioritises. Each week we surface the three-to-five client moves that will make the biggest difference to your cash flow, ranked by £ impact, with the first action already drafted.

Works with the Xero you already have.

Reads your invoices, contacts and payments straight from Xero. No re-entry, no CSV uploads. Approve a drafted action and Customer Compass writes back to Xero for you — human-approved, idempotent, off by default.

Frequently asked questions

Does Customer Compass replace my accountant?

No. Customer Compass surfaces the revenue and risk moves your accountant can then advise on. It's a decision agent for the business owner — not a replacement for tax, audit or bookkeeping expertise.

How is my Xero data stored?

We store the minimum we need to run your scans — your Xero connection and the results of each scan. Both are encrypted, locked to your account, and hosted on AWS in the UK. We don't sell, share or mine your data. Full detail at /uk/security.

Can Customer Compass access my bank accounts?

No. Customer Compass reads from Xero only. Bank transactions come from Xero's own bank-feeds view — Customer Compass never touches Open Banking, never sees your bank credentials, never moves money.

What happens if the AI drafts something wrong?

Every drafted action is advisory with the reasoning shown. Nothing goes back to Xero without you clicking Approve. If a draft is off, edit it in place before approving or dismiss the insight entirely.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. We do not share Xero data with third parties. Anonymised telemetry (event counts, no client identifiers, no £ values) is only collected if you consent at sign-up — you can opt out any time from /uk/account/privacy.

Which markets does Customer Compass support?

UK only. Everything is set up for GBP, VAT, HMRC and Companies House. Australia, New Zealand, US and Ireland are next on the roadmap; we'll open them up as we finish the local tax and legal work.

How do refunds work?

Because Customer Compass produces a personalised analysis per scan, we cannot refund used credits or completed subscription periods. Unused credits stay on your balance forever. This is the customised-digital-service exception under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — full detail at /uk/terms.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal. Your subscription runs to the end of the current billing period, then stops automatically.
